Subscription Terms & Conditions:

Please check-out our subscription’s terms and conditions before buying device:

1. No Monthly Charges for Messaging Service:
If only using the messaging service, no monthly subscription fees are required.

2. Monthly Charges for Web Portal and App Services:
Monthly subscription charges will apply if you choose to use web portal and mobile app tracking features.

3. Post-Trial Subscription Requirement:
After the two-month free trial period, a subscription is required to continue service. If no subscription payment is made, the device will be remotely deactivated.

4. Device Reconnection Policy:
If the device is deactivated twice due to non-payment, it will be automatically disabled. A third deactivation will render the device permanently inactive and irrecoverable.

5. Service Resumption:
To avoid deactivation, maintain a valid subscription after the trial. Please contact support if you experience any interruptions in service due to non-payment.

Warranty Policy

Please review our warranty terms below:

1. Warranty Duration: The device comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

2. Exclusions: Warranty claims will not be accepted for devices damaged due to high voltage, physical damage, or exposure to liquids or chemicals.

3. Software Coverage: The warranty covers any software issues, including malfunctions related to device software or mic surveillance functionality.

4. Non-PTA Approved Devices: If the device is not PTA-approved, the customer can still claim the warranty as per the terms listed above.
